Deposits
A deposit is required to secure every appointment and comes off the final price. Deposits are non-refundable but can be moved with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations & lateness
Please give 48 hours’ notice to move or cancel. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean rebooking, as each appointment is booked back to back.
Hair & preparation
Come with clean, blow-dried, detangled hair unless you’ve booked a wash-and-prep. Prices are a starting point and may change with length and the amount of hair added.
