Deposits
A deposit secures every appointment and comes off the final price. Deposits are non-refundable but can be moved with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations & lateness
Please give 48 hours’ notice to move or cancel. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean rebooking, as appointments run back to back.
Hair & units
Come with clean, cornrowed hair unless you’ve booked a wash-and-prep. If you’re bringing your own unit, send a photo first. Prices are a starting point and may change with the unit and the work involved.
